Monday 6.30pm – 7.30pm | Thursdays 6.30pm – 7.30pm

To achieve a high level of fitness and boxing technique the training sessions are varied between fitness and cardio training. This gives the club member the necessary level of fitness to compete at any stage of competition.
The club offers boxing and fitness training for members from the age of 7 and training for competitive boxing to all members from ages 10-40 years of age. We offer fitness and recreational training to all other members aged 40 and over and also for those who wish to just train for fitness.
ABC has a fully equipped gym with equipment ranging from small weights to a competition sized boxing ring. Circuit training is also held on the main floor which enables club members to not only improve their fitness but also their co-ordination and skills.
